Moving out or moving in: same package, different timing

Moving out: book the cleaning for after the movers have taken the last load. An empty home is faster to clean well, and nothing gets missed behind a stack of boxes.

Moving in: book it before your things arrive. The easiest time to clean inside cabinets, drawers, and the refrigerator is when they are still empty.

How to get the home ready

1. Take everything out. Check closets, cabinets, drawers, and under the sinks for anything left behind.
2. Keep the water and lights on through cleaning day.
3. Sort out access. You do not have to be home. We confirm access details in your Cleaning Plan.
4. Show us the problem spots. Include them in your photos so we set aside the right amount of time.
5. Leave some room in the schedule. If you can, put a little time between the movers and your handover or move-in day.

How quotes work

Send photos or a short walkthrough video of the kitchen, bathrooms, living areas, and any problem spots. We reply with a clear quote and a room-by-room Cleaning Plan. No standard in-home walkthrough is required. Please be honest about the current condition. It helps us plan the right amount of time.

If something was missed

Contact the office right away. If something was missed, we make it right within 24 hours. Any return cleaning is scheduled within two business days of the original appointment.
