What should a first-time client book?
We recommend a deep cleaning for a first appointment. The extra time lets us address areas that may have been missed during routine cleaning. Many customers then move to regular weekly or every-two-week service.
Do I need to be home?
No. You do not have to be home when the cleaner arrives or leaves. For a first appointment, a brief introduction can be helpful, but it is not required. We will confirm access details in your Cleaning Plan.
Are cleaners background checked?
Yes. Cleaners undergo federal and statewide background checks and training before working with customers. We also carry up to $2 million in general liability insurance.
Will the same cleaner come each time?
The same cleaner can be requested. If that cleaner is sick or unavailable, we will offer to reschedule or send a different professional so your home still gets cared for.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancel more than 48 hours before your appointment for a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours are credited to your account for future use. Cancellations within 24 hours are charged in full and are nonrefundable.
What if I am not satisfied?
Contact the office right away. Any return cleaning must be scheduled within two business days of the original appointment. If something was missed, we will make it right within 24 hours.
