What to expect
You do not need to be home. The same cleaner can be requested, so the person in your home gets to know it. Your Cleaning Plan lists tasks by room, priorities, and anything excluded.

We reply with a quote and a room-by-room Cleaning Plan: tasks by room, add-ons, priorities, and exclusions.
We clean to the plan
You do not need to be home. If something on the plan was missed, tell us and we make it right within 24 hours.

Need extra time on one area? Add it when you request your quote. Add-ons are written into your Cleaning Plan before the visit.

Weekly or every two weeks. Your written quote recommends a schedule based on your home and how it is used.
What should a first-time client book?
We recommend a deep cleaning for a first appointment. The extra time covers areas routine cleaning can miss. Many customers then move to regular weekly or every-two-week service.
Will the same cleaner come each time?
The same cleaner can be requested. If that cleaner is unavailable, we will offer to reschedule or send a different professional.
Do I need to be home?
No. You do not have to be home when the cleaner arrives or leaves. We confirm access details in your Cleaning Plan.
How do quotes work?
Send photos or a short walkthrough video of your kitchen, bathrooms, living areas, and any problem spots. We reply with a written quote and a room-by-room Cleaning Plan. No standard in-home walkthrough required.
What if something was missed?
Contact the office right away. If something was missed, we will make it right within 24 hours.
